Traci Haynes is the Director of Human Resources for Gold Star Mortgage Financial Group, working in concert with senior leadership to strengthen Gold Star’s organizational culture and development. Traci’s extensive experience in guiding and managing the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies and programs helps to ensure that Gold Star meet their industry-leading strategic growth and retention objectives, while remaining compliant with all regulatory governance.

With a passion for developing a high-performing, superior workforce, Traci is committed to the continuous improvement of an employee-oriented culture whose hallmarks are personal growth and engagement. Her demonstrated success in leadership development and performance management both in and beyond the mortgage industry is especially valuable. Traci is also charged with oversight of Gold Star’s environmental health and safety, wellness, recruiting and hiring practices, employee relations and advocacy, benefits administration and philanthropic endeavors.
